Joseph Hanna
Joseph is a distinguished executive, innovator, and product leader in the areas of SaaS, data, and AI/ML. He is the creator of the Pivoting Life Operating Model (PLOM). He has a strong track record in growing PE/VC-backed companies. Joseph was an early pioneer in applying AI/ML in multiple industries including credit, sales, HR, supply chain, and procurement. He holds several patents in various applications of AI technologies.
Over his 30+ years in the technology field, he held executive positions with companies ranging from large enterprises to startups. He has been known to parachute in to help teams of all sizes with solving product and strategy challenges. Joseph was the founder and CEO of ENGAGE, the award-winning AI talent intelligence platform that was acquired by Carlyle/Workforce Logiq.
Joseph is most passionate about taking on tough challenges – whether that’s connecting the dots between millions of data feeds, planning complex teams and product journeys, developing aggressive growth strategies, or navigating grueling offshore sailing races. Joseph holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and Robotics (Automatic Control) from Alexandria University, Egypt, and an MBA from Duke University, where he was honored as a Fuqua Scholar.
Christy Petrosso
Dr. Petrosso is a data enthusiast driven by innate curiosity for finding connections between outcomes. She specializes in strategic and predictive analytics, generating actionable insights for business decisions. She holds six patents/pending patents in the areas of AI and machine learning.
Dr. Petrosso’s experience spans two decades of bringing data and machine learning based products to various markets in addition to mentoring future data leaders and entrepreneurs. She was the Chief Scientist at ENGAGE where her work significantly advanced how businesses harness data to recruit and retain top talent. In her other roles, she led product and data efforts for companies like Equifax, Lasso, Vizbii, and GoodUnited.
Dr. Petrosso holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Clemson University, where she also completed her Masters and Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Eric De Jager
Eric de Jager is a seasoned product leader with over 30 years of experience in product leadership and business strategy. He focuses on helping high-growth software companies drive value creation through innovation, customer success, impactful pricing strategies, and M&A.
Eric has extensive experience in PE and VC-backed companies in the SaaS and data areas. He has held executive product roles at Databound, which he led to a successful exit, in addition to Microsoft, Cloudmed, and Blackbaud where his work drove innovation and earned industry recognition.
Eric is known for building high-performing teams and aligning product management with business goals. According to his customers, Eric has the soul of a creator and the mind of a strategist!
Alex Brodsky
Alex Brodsky is a seasoned product management expert and visionary founder and CEO of Iteright. With over 15 years of experience spanning software engineering, product management, and strategic leadership. His entrepreneurial journey at Iteright focuses on transforming how product management teams leverage data-driven techniques to magnify return on investment and redefine success beyond mere deadlines.
Before founding Iteright, Alex served as the Managing Partner at Lean Technology Delivery, where he enhanced innovation in various stages of ventures, from pre-seed to growth. His tenure as Chief Product Officer at FinListics Solutions involved empowering sales teams with tools and strategies to accelerate deal closures.
Earlier in his career, Alex led significant projects at Nielsen as Director of Product, where he shaped the strategy and delivery of client-facing applications within the company’s enterprise cloud platforms and services portfolio. He also managed software development at Ashley HomeStore Retail Headquarters. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
